Go to the hospital as soon as possible because the disease could get worse by the hour. If treated early your child can be as good as new in a few weeks. Better be safe than sorry.

Reye’s Syndrome was named after Australian pathologist R. Douglass Reye who first discovered the disease in 1963. After his discovery the number of deaths from it decreased.
