Rewards Vs. Aging Backwards

How would you feel if you start studying from college and go down a grade each year? You would probably be lost. It is the same as saying aging backwards. Aging backwards would not be a better experience then aging normally because aging backwards doesn’t let you prepare for your older life, while it starts you off with a harder stage of life. Life gets tougher as we grow up. We learn and prepare for our older and harder stage of life in our younger years. More than 90% of Americans complain about the responsibilities as they grow up. Betty Friedan said “Aging is not a lost youth but a new stage of an opportunity and strength.” This states that aging normally gives us an opportunity and strength for our next stage of life. While aging backwards when you get to the age of 10 you will be less able to learn or use the experience you had in your past years of life. Robert David said “Life is about experience and giving ourselves opportunities for the future.” This states that not be able to use your experience is like a waste of the time we had in the past years of our life. Going against the nature in anything is never helpful in any case. Aging normally is better than aging backwards because it is what the nature has chosen for us all.
