After reading the book "Of Mice and Men" I am not having hopes and dreams worthwhile because the book did not interest me. I liked the theme of friendship, loneliness, fear etc. I would recommend it to other people to read but I personally would not read it again. In the book there were many words I did not understand. Like I said, I would recommend it but probably not to freshman. When I looked at the cover of the book it seemed like it would be an interesting book but to me it was just a little boring.
