As one of the TV shows, there was one show called, “Revenge Body” which was related to empower participants to lose weight with diverse training programs. The host of this program would raise this question to participants: “Who do you want to get revenge on most?” Interestingly, many of them mentioned their close relationships like a brother, sister, parents, boyfriend or girlfriend. Their careless way of speaking and acting can hurt these participants who decided to revenge by losing weight. We may guess enemies are not far from ourselves.
