As someone who is not a traditional student just getting to UL has been a massive achievement for me. I left school at a young age, thirteen, due to health reasons. However returning to education was always something that I wanted to do. Though getting to University was a goal that often seemed unattainable, now that I have done it I feel that all avenues are wide open to me and that I can now be defined by my future instead of my past. It is important to me that I live up to my full potential in UL, not just academically but socially too. As well as studying in a field I enjoy, and completing all the tasks which are given to me. I really want to put myself out there, so to speak, and experience new things, I want to talk to people who I wouldn't
