Retro Walking has become a trend among Hawaiian population for the last 5 years (LALALAND, 2016; SOMEBODY, 20217). One might ask: Why on earth would someone want to walk backwards? Is that itself not a strange and backwards notion? In fact, everybody should walk backwards sometimes. First, it exercises the brain and provides a good muscle activity, substantially increasing body health. The study conducted by Michale Jackobsson in 1988 argues that retro-walking, or “moonwalking”, not just develops mental and physical resistance, but also helps practitioners to become popular inside certain social groups. At the same time, there is also evidence introducing some deviant points of view. One objection that has been raised regarding retro walking
