Leadership is the act of governance. One person or a group of people could be chosen to govern other people. In the religious world, Jesus Christ set the best example when he selflessly led the disciples, and he accepted to be crucified on the cross because of the sins of human beings. (New King James Version, John3:16)

My Location choice for the reflection was at the library, my room when my children are not home and Starbucks
Reason for choice of location
The quiet environment was the major attraction factor to many people during their reflection times when one needs a lot of privacy. Here, I would easily have access to my group of friends when needed for any discussion about any revelation. When I also needed to look or refer to any material, I would do that easily in the library.

My personal reflection time lasted for 90 minutes just communicating to God to reveal his works. Dedicating part of my day to God was a wise decision that I made because I saw his actions. My personal reflection was too amazing because I concluded that it is not every Christian leader who is there to take advantage and exploit the Christians. God is always present in all situations, and he can never let go of his people. I also learned that despite religious leadership having its challenges, it is not all leaders who take this negatively instead they embrace that with a lot of positive energy always willing to serve God and the Christians. Apart from church delegated duties, the leaders also organize for charity events to visit the needy; this is all what being a Christian leader is all about. Christians, on the other hand, are readily available to serve the
