Pawcatuck Neighborhood Center is a non-profit organization, which aims to fight hunger and poverty. The organization itself have only three paid employees: the social worker, Vicki Anderson, the executive director, and her assistant, Rachel. Almost all of the volunteers in Pawcatuck Neighborhood Center were elderly. The Delaware State Police and the New Castle County Police organized a sting operation along route 40. Officer Renee Lano of the New Castle County Police Department was used as bait as an undercover prostitute; while working undercover Lano noticed the blue van drive pass her quite a number of times and called in the license plate which came back registered to Mr. Pennell. After Officer Lano walked towards the darkest part of the street, the blue van stopped and the driver signaled her to enter, which she didn’t, but rather had a conversation with the driver. This study focuses on the case of Mission Arlington/ Mission Metroplex, a local nonprofit that provides a multitude of spiritual and social services to the disadvantaged population of Arlington, Texas and the larger Dallas/ Ft. Worth region. Sagastume met with an unknown employee at the beauty store who reportedly stated that a male Black stole approximately $300.00 in supplies. The unknown beauty supply worker reportedly saw the suspect run into the Von’s Grocery store located at 655 N. Fair Oaks Avenue. When Christopher Frick was 18 years old, he was committed to Rockford Center, a 118-bed mental health facility located in Newark, Delaware. He was allegedly committed by 55 year old Dr. Caroline Ekong, whom was as Attending Psychiatrist at Rockford Center when she had her life cut short. It was said that now 21 year old, Christopher Frick, snuck into Dr. Caroline Ekong’s home, before repeatedly stabbing her to death on October 14. Christopher would often complain about the psychiatrist in Google Reviews, one of them being on Rockford Center, in which he specifically holding Dr. Ekong responsible for having him committed.
