Restrepo advised he was driving a security truck around the main entrance of the mall by the JC Penney parking lot and was stopped in the parking lot. (After the interview was concluded, Restrepo showed me on a map, where he was stopped. He was backed up against the bushes between the outer ring road of the mall and the parking lot, facing south. Restrepo said he was directly in line with Brandon Town Center Drive, that leads to Brandon Boulevard.) Restrepo said he looked in front of him and saw a silver Chevy Camaro coming from the west and about 20 feet in front of him, with limo tint windows, with a B/M wearing khaki pants and maybe a button up shirt, on the hood of the vehicle.
