In this video, both Mike Anderson and Margaret Berry Wilson talk about their differentiating experiences when dealing with parents. Anderson first talks about his experience with parents, saying that dealing with these parents would have had "a little bit of advice and coaching around how to interact with parents in a good way" (Responsive Classroom, 2011).
