1. Identify the hospital/Service Administrator and Assistant.
At Spohn South Mark Casanova is the Chief Operating Officer and Lisa Cox is the Chief Nurse Operator.

2. Identify the Radiology Administrator/Director and Assistant.
Fred Dease is the Director for all three Spohn campuses.

3. Identify the daytime Chief technologist or Technologist Supervisor.
David Garza is the Supervisor of the Radiology Department at Spohn South.

4. Describe six responsibilities of the Chief Technologist/Supervisor. There are many responsibilities that the Supervisor of the Radiology department must perform on a daily basis. Some of these main responsibilities include maintaining the work schedule. In addition to this he must prepare production control reports,

This includes the attitude that an employee has with patients and other staff members. If an employee can’t or doesn’t make an effort to get along with everyone, it can affect the moral of everyone they come in contact with. In a hospital setting I think that would most certainly be the last thing an employer would want to have happen. Alongside having a positive attitude, I think that having a “can do” mentally and a willingness to perform any task regardless of how small it is, is an equally important characteristic to have in an employee. When a person is willing to perform even the most menial of tasks, to me this showcases a person’s true work ethic and can make them stand out from a crowd. Finally, one of the best qualities I think an employee needs to have is honesty. If an employee is willing to tell to their employer of mistakes that they have made or of improvements that can in made in a department it shows genuine integrity. Any employee can be trained, learn ways to progress in a field, and there is always more for improvement no matter where you work. But if information is purposely kept from the supervisor then the issue cannot or won’t be fixed until it has escalated to a point beyond
