“It is better to die for what you believe in rather than lie to save your own life,” is a statement I already live by. To follow what you believe in, no matter what it may be is important. It gives your life purpose and meaning and your own significance. If you lie to save your life, are you really following what you believe in? The scenario is that you believe in fighting for freedom and equality for all. Because of your credence, you are now being hunted down.
