The Scarlet Letter is a book based in puritan times. A woman is accused of adultery when she cheats on her husband. She is then sentenced to wear the letter A on her person for the rest of her life. Everyone has a “letter” that one could wear, even if it’s something like T for tall. I believe that my letter should be S because I am very sarcastic. Even when I’m in uncomfortable situations I can’t help but being sarcastic. Then when I’m in comfortable situations I become even worse. I often get in trouble because people take my sarcasm in a wrong or offended way. There are situations where sarcasm has done me well and created a happier cheerful mood.
