On 04/18/2016, Linda Brown contacted the Pasco Sheriff` Office by telephone to report Property Damage, Non-Criminal.
Ms. Brown advises for the past several weeks, her back yard neighbor has been letting her own dog out doors into the back yard for long periods of time on a daily basis. She said the neighbor has a wire fence that is close to, and is parrallell to her dog ears picket fence. The dog jumps up on the owners fence between the two yards in what Ms. Brown describes as an attempt to get over the fence to come into her back yard.
Ms. Brown states at 1430 hours on 04/17/2016, she was in her back yard and observed the dog jumping on its owner`s fence and pushed over a section of her fence breaking two tops off of her dog
