Recommendations & Analysis Results
First Axis Results Analysis:
The first axis’ response evaluation of success of the knowledge management practices particularly creation, acquisition, and knowledge sharing in Qassim University was average (3.68 ), where all the phrases of this axis were average on different levels according to their link with a particular practice for evaluation in this study. This can be interpreted for the knowledge creation practice success level to be low in Qassim University, in the areas of creativity or knowledge creation through activities and events that aim to build an innovative knowledge-based society.
On the other hand, the study shows that the knowledge acquisition practice success level was with high percentages from Qassim University employees point of view, especially the knowledge acquisition in their area of interest, whether internal or external knowledge …show more content…
Where it is possible to interpret this dimension’s phrases results according to their link with the considered practice. We came to know that the high effect measurement in the trust factor on the knowledge creation practice shows the self-confidence of the employees and their willingness to support others, this confidence is due to their knowledge qualification in their work area and their creative ability. On the other hand, the impairment impact of the employees’ awareness of intellectual property on the knowledge creation success indicates that it has not been used sufficiently in order to improve the practice level, this awareness reflects on creating trust the work environment; this result supports the level of knowledge creation in the first
