In today's society people tend to show respect in all the wrong ways. This gravitates people towards lousy conduct and egotism. The twenty sixteen presidential election prevails exactly what respect is not. Hillary and Trump are possibly the most disrespectful people running for president. Respect is a particular way of thinking about or looking at something, and should be treated in an appropriate way. (Merriam-Webster’s Learner’s Dictionary respect) Respect creates the communication specifically in the realm of conversation; when focusing on individuals of word choice, respectful tone, and sincerity. Word choice builds respect through the way people speak to others. The word choice someone uses plays a huge part in how someone shows respect to others. To receive respect people should always give respect. Fyodor Dostoevsky once said "If you want to be respected by others the great thing is to respect yourself. Only by that, only by self-respect will you compel others to respect you.”(Philosophical) Self-respect is that deeper, inner feeling that some have about themselves.(Home) If people do not respect themselves then they will never respect others. Respect creates the communication specifically in the realm of conversation; when focusing on individuals of word choice, respectful tone, and sincerity. Respect can fall under lots of different topics and mean something completely different to others. Everyday communication gets practiced and it is insisted that respect and self-respect are personally, socially, politically, and morally important. The discussions thus far shed light on the nature and significance of the various forms of respect and their positions in the center of a profoundly important but philosophically challenging and questionable
