It also needs to provide more facilities to the guest to prevent having primary constraints and to have an effective customer and service quality and Waste Management Policy that address proper disposal and recycling of materials and limit the amount of waste; Reduce, Reuse & Recycle to minimize the impact to the environment by utilizing best management practices in order to meet the expectations of the guests in an environmentally sensitive approach.

This resort has been a top destination for local and foreign tourists wanting to get away from it all for over 30 years due to its comfortable accommodations, wide range of outdoor activities, pampering services, and music and sports lounge. Resort staffs are very helpful and attentive to some of our inquiries. It is a place for a weekend family outing and best for a company or wedding event. The shoreline of Matabungkay is just small, the sand is cream in color but the place is decent for swimming. There are sports activities like snorkeling and pedal boat (Sakari, 2014).
