Club should improve more of their service quality so that the tourist will be completely satisfied like waters sports. It also needs to provide more facilities to the guest to prevent having primary constraints and to have an effective customer and service quality and Waste Management Policy that address proper disposal and recycling of materials and limit the amount of waste; Reduce, Reuse & Recycle to minimize the impact to the environment by utilizing best management practices in order to meet the expectations of the guests in an environmentally sensitive approach.
