I am seeking not a job, but a leadership role as a ULM Residential Assistant. Current residential assistants in my residence hall have inspired me to apply for this position. Their leadership qualities, personalities, and genuineness have had a lasting impact on me. I am also seeking the social experience the position has to offer.
