I am seeking not a job, but a leadership role as a ULM Residential Assistant. Current residential assistants in my residence hall have inspired me to apply for this position. Their leadership qualities, personalities, and genuineness have had a lasting impact on me. I am also seeking the social experience the position has to offer. Meeting new people and working with them to achieve an ideal living environment would be absolutely amazing.
Serving as an RA isn’t limited to checking rooms and filling report forms. It can be a way to contribute a great deal to the residents that I am responsible for.
