On Tuesday, August, 23, 2016 at approximately 07:00 PM, resident Ung Gi Koh came and asked Resident Assistant (RA) Todd McKinney about a "awkward situation" of how to carry unique, and possibly embarrassing personal items over to University Gates Apartments. RA McKinney suggested putting it in his suitcase that resident Koh had lying on the floor. Resident Koh liked the idea and took RA McKinney 's idea. At approximately 7:15 PM, resident Koh returned from his journey with the suitcase and told RA McKinney that his girlfriend at University Gates Apartment, was going to come get the items. Later at approximately 7:40 PM resident Koh returned to RA McKinney 's suite and explained that resident Koh 's suitcase had been stolen. RA McKinney asked resident Koh …show more content…
So, the suitcase contained the similar looking items to what resident Koh had showed RA McKinney a couple minutes earlier. Resident Koh still appears to be talking to Police and Safety and claims out loud so RA McKinney could hear that they have a suitcase with the same items in it. Resident Koh then appeared to hang up with Police and Safety and told RA McKinney that he was going to go Police and Safety to figure out if the suitcase was resident Koh 's or not. Later, at approximately 7:45 PM, residents Nicole Mostowy, Courtney Radcliffe, Morgan Benton and Jessie Kibbe during RA McKinney 's office hours and the residents told RA McKinney that residents Mostowy, Radcliffe, Benton and Kibbe wanted to talk to RA McKinney about a situation in their suite. So RA McKinney joined residents Mostowy, Radcliffe, Benton and Kibbe 's, and entered the suite, Ohio 129. Residents Mostowy , Radcliffe, Benton and Kibbe informed RA McKinney that resident Koh had made residents Mostowy, Radcliffe, Benton and Kibbe (especially Kibbe) uncomfortable because resident Koh had invaded their privacy and was following resident Kibbe around.
