Mary is a resident in a nursing home facility called, Mountain View Healthcare Facility, for the past 5 years. Shei is 87 years old and for the most part keeps to herself but shows occasional signs of being alert to her surroundings. Though she shows signs of being in touch with her surrounding, she is sometimes confused by them. Her physical appearance seems good due to the staff at the facility. Mary spends most of her time in a wheel chair due to the arthritis condition in her hips that is making it difficult for her walk. Mary does not participate in activities organized by the facility staff, even though they have tried countless times to include her.
