Resident Care Coordinators: A Case Study

My mom is a resident care coordinator. She supervises employees and the events that take place within the facility. As an RCC she recruits and hire new employees, ensure all necessary paperwork is in place, and provides orientation periods for the new employees. If there are any residents who seem to be in poor health must be monitored closely according a plan created by the RCC.
