I am excited to share my interest with you in the Talent Acquisition Specialist. I am especially intrigued by this position because of my passion for Human Resources and Talent Acquisition. As a Resident Assistant in college, I served on the Recruiting Committee for two years. During that time I was responsible for conducting in-person interviews. I additionally was tasked with the responsibility to build and facilitate group activities for the applicants as part of the interview process. In April, I started with McAdam Financial as an Assistant Recruiting Coordinator and was promoted to the Recruiting Coordinator upon my May graduation.
