I am interested in applying for the Resident Advisor position at Birmingham Southern College. A former Resident Advisor encouraged me to apply for this position for the upcoming school year. I am a sophomore at Birmingham Southern College on the Pre-Medicine track, majoring in Chemistry. During my course of study here, I have worked hard to maintain a 4.0 GPA. Resident Advisors are hired to assist their assigned resident with daily challenges. Therefore, Resident Advisors should not only be able to effectively communicate, but also be equipped with the necessary skills needed to solve problems in any given situation.
