To begin with, there are labels and designs all around the world. Fashion changes every year, every day, and every season. Fashion is basically a popular trend that goes on and on like a windmill. There is people that has a passion for fashion and designs and in my opinion they are called designers. There are big time designers all around the world and they might even have their own labels. In this paper I will be informing you on, the work of valentino. I will be talking about the time period that was used for line, the elements that were borrowed to create this look, and compare and contrast the original with the modern.

There were draping throughout all the dresses and he even borrowed the shoulder look. The shoulder look is very popular in the dresses is trending just like during the ancient roman time. Another thing that was borrowed was the belt that goes around the hips and waist. The belt helps secure the dress and it also has draping in it. The ancient Roman look was more than a fashion, the look was a style, and the draping was setting trends.
Furthermore, in the original ancient roman dress it was a lot of draping everywhere not just in the neckline. The modern has a little draping in it but, it is designed for the new generation. The original and the modern are similar in a lot of ways but, just done in different time periods.
