What is turmeric? It is a popular herb that has many health and beauty benefits, including being a natural teeth whitener. It is definitely great for overall oral hygiene and has intense anti-inflammatory effects that gives aid to gum problems. It also works to prevent tooth decay and gum disease.

For the turmeric teeth whitening method, you will need turmeric, lime juice, and salt. Begin this method by roasting the turmeric for a few minutes. Then, crush the turmeric into a powder. Add a small amount of lime juice and salt. Be sure that you mix it well enough to make a paste. To whiten your teeth, apply this paste and let sit for a few minutes.
