The Proclamation of the Kingdom The third Luminous Mystery, The Proclamation of the Kingdom, is found in all four Gospels but is mostly talked about in the Gospel of Matthew. An important part of The Proclamation of the Kingdom is in the Beatitudes, “Blessed are the poor in spirit, for theirs is the kingdom of heaven.” (Matt 5:3). This is important because he is preaching to the crowd and getting them to understand that He is not of this world and He wants us to be a part of His kingdom. You will see the Son of Man seated at the right hand of the Power and coming with the clouds of heaven. (Mark 14:62).
