My Favorite Holiday Thanksgiving is officially my favorite Holiday.There are two main reasons why I enjoy Thanksgiving so much; food and family. First, the food, my mouth waters from the thought of it! Succulent and juicy turkey, cold fresh country ham, velvety creamed corn, fluffy buttery mashed potatoes, creamy yams, flakey biscuits, and rich green bean casserole. Gathering around my grandparent's large dining room table with family and close friends of the family will always fill me with warmth. I think cooking the food is even better than even eating the food. My mom, dad, aunt, brother, grandparents, and I, all busy in the kitchen baking, roasting, grilling, frying, slicing and dicing, and chopping to the beat in our souls. The family
