Tesla Tesla is, as stated before, a car company that creates electric cars and electric cars only. Tesla does this so that they can, “accelerate the world’s transition to sustainable energy,” according to Tesla’s website. While the CEO of Tesla is Elon Musk, there are many co funders, such as Ian Wright, Martin Eberhard, JB Straubel, and Marc Tarpenning. Currently, Tesla is working on producing a car that can drive and operate by itself. Another idea that Tesla is jumping on is the idea of selling and producing luxury vehicles. In all of Tesla’s life, to date, they have sold over 125,000 electric cars to people worldwide. Overall, 2017 will most likely be an extremely important year for Tesla, seeing as how much it is growing.
