Talossa is a micronation located in Milwaukee, Wisconsin and it has the capability to become a “state”. The micronation was founded on December 26th 1979 by a young man named Robert Ben Madison who was only 14 years of age at the time Talossa became a micronation. So he is 2/2 right now because you need to know when the “state” was founded and who also founded the “state”. Now does Talossa have a population and does it have territory, for a fact it does. The tiny micronation only has a population of 225 people and the territory is only 5 sq miles but that's okay because it still has the characteristics to be s state. Finally Talossa has a Constitutional Monarchy which is a document that describes the right that the citizens have in there micronation.
