Stonehenge was produced by a culture belongs to a period that left no written records. During Neolithic, people travelled on foot because horses were not domesticated at that time, instead they were hunted for food. Around 2500 to 2000 BCE, people learned to train horses to wheel vehicles. However, boats were already exsited even before this period. Neolithic people probably lived crowdedly in a vulnerable wooden house with their parents, brothers, sisters, cousins, aunts and uncles. They farmed wheat and barley with tools made from stones and bones. About once a generation, they would pack up their things and move to a new place, building their home from scratch.
