Everybody loved animation, and everybody wanted to try it, but nobody had the money to do it. Finding a cheap, efficient way to animate was an impossible task in the 1980's, but businessmen John Warnock and Charles Geschke found a way to change it all. Over $2m dollars were put into the movie Snow White And The Seven Dwarves, and the average Disney short was 25,000 - 50,000 to make. That's a whole lot of money, not to mention the amount of paid and trained employees. There were 750 artists, 32 animaters, 25 background artists, and 102 assistance, and all of them demanded air-conditioned rooms and a hefty paycheck of 14.07 dollars an hour.
