The necklace is a stone that has an atomic symbol carved into it with a purple/brown color painted around that. There was on a silver chain, but it broke in a basketball practice around a year ago, so now it has a leather string. My mother and father gave it to me in 4th grade when I said that I wanted to be a theoretical physicist, and I still want to be a theoretical physicist in 7th grade. It is also a good luck charm for my tests and grades and I once took it off and made a 75% on a math test when I normally make an A on my math tests which proved to me that I needed to wear it. This means the a lot to me and I could not imagine me without that necklace. My grandmother once gave me a West Virginia sweatshirt that I used for a long time. The sweatshirt was a navy blue with the words “West Virginia Mountaineers” on the front in gold letters with a white outline. My grandmother gave me the sweatshirt when I was eight years old and I wore it from 5th to 6th grade. I was born in Butler, Pennsylvania and lived in Morgantown, West Virginia until I was 7 months old and we moved here to Orange Beach, Alabama. The sweatshirt is a symbol of my first home and where most of my family lives. This means the world to me, and it’s one of the only things that I have that shows my very first
