My Cultural History Little known to the rest of the world, but on September 10th, 1994, at South Georgia Medical Center in Valdosta, Georgia, a star was born to Conrad and Sarita Seasholtz. The little bundle of joy, whom they named Ciera Elaine Seasholtz, would soon change their world as they knew it. For the first couple years of my life, I grew up in Jasper, Florida, a mile from Grandmother and Grandfather Seasholtz. My brother, Cole, is thirteen months younger than I am. I was the good child.
