The following interview was centered around Rosie who is 23 years old and expecting a child but currently has 4 children. The interview began immediately by asking questions. The most interesting book I’ve read recently is The Rosie Project, written by Graeme Simsion. I was appealed to this book because it’s a famous New York Times bestsellers, which is probably a magnificent book, and I love romance novels. The book is about a man, Don Tillman, and he’s trying to find a woman who would get one hundred percent on a designed questionnaire. At the end, he was arranged a date with someone the opposite of his expectations, Rosie Jarman. They first didn’t connect, but they soon to start having feelings for each other when Don did “the Rosie Project” by trying to find Rosie’s biological father since he is a professor of genetics.…

This war forced every capable individual of stepping up to the plate, and doing what the country needed at the time. Not only did men get sent overseas, women did too by finding themselves in Europe and numerous Pacific Islands. Besides women taking part in the war eastward, they had a duty to help on American soil. While observing in Beth Johnston’s First Grade classroom at Eugene Field Elementary School, I have noticed some effective and ineffective classroom management practices that she uses while I have been in the classroom. One effective classroom management technique that I have observed is that Mrs. Johnston puts her student’s desks into groups of three or four. This is an effective technique because she puts her strong students with her not as strong students, which can help with the students who might need a little help staying on track with the lesson that they are supposed to get done. Also, Mrs. Johnston has changed the groups a couple of times since I have been observing in the classroom. This I believe is effective because the students…

I wish I used less fillers and mazes and was more precise. Sometimes, I would use too much selective attention, for example I focused so much on the interviewee’s family relationships and reciprocal treatment, that I forgot to ask about her resentment for putting others first. I also could have questioned her coping skills regarding her family’s laxity. Whereas in interview one, I believe my strengths included providing great minimal encouragers, nodding my head, counselor congruence, and showing greater interest.…

There are so many reasons people are pro homework. People say “it helps them become smarter or helps them on test,” But there is a lack of evidence where it actually supports their claims, that it helps students at all especially at such a young age. with Alfie Khon “The positive effects of homework are largely mythical.”(Khon). It also seems that homework is being forced onto younger students more often than the older ones. I remember getting tons of homework in Elementary school, and not having the time to play outside, the stress, and my parents struggling to help me on problems I didn’t know.…
