All the support group members will be notified on the dynamics of the group from the beginning, middle and end stage. Members will gain a sense of knowledge and a learning reinforcement that will be powerful to members that are on dialysis. Members will share their testimonies and interventions that will be utilized to measure all progress. As the social worker, I will facilitate each group session and enforce the quality of life intervention that will empower all member to take pride in their health. This support group has networked with Freninus Kidney care to ensure the best care of quality to their patients. Although this is a voluntary support group it is up to the above participant to decide whether her or she may choose to become a participating member. You will be asked to sign a form of consent agreeing that everything that is disclosed within the group must remain confidential at all time unless it is court ordered, threatened or harm is caused to self or other members. As group member, it is your responsibility to attend all group sessions based upon your health circumstances. Members are required to arrive in a timely manner for group sessions each week to ensure that group is started on time. As group member, it is important that we practice respect for yourself, peers and facilitator to refrain from repeating anything that is said during group sessions to anyone outside of the group meeting. Although, the group is running on a voluntarily basis it is crucial to understand that participation in exercises, role play and sharing testimonies is a huge part of the support
