For this discussion I chose Primacy Effect. Primacy effect is what happens when your first impression of somebody dictates how you perceive that person and then later find out thats not how they are at all. With Primacy effect you will often stereotype a person when you first meet them by the way they act not knowing if they are having a bad day or if thats just how they always act so you just assume thats how they always are and leave it at that.
