A project that excited me about learning was one of my science fair projects that I did with my friend. What we did for the science fair was we made a potato cannon, but since everybody does a potato cannon we wanted to expand on this idea. So we thought about how I can make the potato shot farther. We did some researching and found out that inside a gun there is a spiral that helps the bullet spin in a certain direction for it to go farther, kind of like a football. So inside the PVC pipe we carved a spiral on the inside to replicate the gun and we found that it had added about 25-40 ft. to the standard potato cannon.
