Pablo Picasso, he was a spanish painter, sculptor, printmaker, ceramicist, poet and stage designer. Born in October 25 1881 in Malaga Spain, and died in April 8 1973. Some of Picasso's art is blocky and not realistic but there are some that look realistic. He is one of the greatest and most influential artists of the 20th century, and is known for co-founding the Cubist movement. His most famous works are the proto-Cubist Les Demoiselles d'Avigon and Guernica, a portayal of the Bombing of Guernica. Picasso had an extraordinary artistic talent in his early years, painting in a naturalistic manner through his childhood. Picasso's family was of middle-class background. His father was a painter who specialized in naturalistic depictions of birds.
