Master Cheng-Yen is the person who founded the Buddhist Compassion Relief TCBC Foundation (Buddhist Tzu Chi foundation), people call it Tzu Chi in Taiwan. Tzu Chi is an international humanitarian, non-governmental, and well known organization all over the world. And who established this humanitarian aid kingdom, the person is Master Cheng-Yen.
