Louis pasteur discover many things, in 1864 he discovers pasteurization. One of the reason why louis pasteur was so important was because he created a process called pasteurization. Pasteurization is process that destroys pathogens in milk, wine, and other food. If we didn't have this process then all of food would go bad, and we wouldn't have anything to eat. It's a simple process that change everything. Pasteurization is a process that kills bacteria with heat. Pasteur made a huge impact on people's lives. If he never found this process then we won't be able to save food and it would all go to waste.
