Going to LEGOLAND California last thanksgiving was an incredible adventure. It is a whole city built in Lego starting from the welcome word in our way to the main entrance-which was structured in combination of Lego welcoming figures and letters, to the amazing layout of the park and the sea life aquarium- with its distinct bright Lego fish and plants, to a diversity of welcoming Lego figures and landmarks scattered all over this phenomenal place. Moreover, the place was much bigger than I thought with a plenty of interior and exterior attractions which we had to miss many of them due to the limited time we had. Just inside the entrance to the park we were astonished to see a huge red welcoming dinosaur made in Lego. To the right of it there was a shaded seat where you can sit beside bright Lego dolls and take …show more content…
My favorite one was the thrilling train ride. The train was going in a very high speed and acute angled curves in a jungle full of trees with a huge giant green dinosaur comes up all of a sudden while we are in our way down. Having these Lego figures makes this place very attractive to children because it makes them see as well as touch their preferred movie or animal characters so they live their dream. My child liked almost everything: Using a bucket and shuffle and digging into the sand looking for dinosaur, riding animal printed car and going in a safari to see Lego made animals, riding electric cars and driver’s license with his name on it, and going in a boat cruise and seeing multiple Lego figures on both sides each portray fairy tale scenes like Snow white and Aladdin. Moreover, the park also had many attractions that we did not have time to enjoy like pirate’s ship, splash battle, and more. LEGOLAND is such an attractive, adventures and amazing place. We really had a great time and enjoyed every ride and every

One rainy day, as the light pattering of rain on the windows complemented the rustling leaves of trees, there came a loud “Crash!". Startled and fearing the worst, my mother ran to the hallway to find the 4 year old me standing on a chair trying to reach the top of a ledge. With a sigh of relief, she took a closer look and saw the new Lego set my father had bought the day earlier. That was my first Lego set, the one that kick started my interest in building objects from my young, wild imagination. My father, being a Mechanical Engineer was quite happy with my…

The robots could joyfully destroy an imaginary city, then topple off the coffee table, exploding into bits with that terrible cacophony that only Lego makes. There comes a time in a child’s life, however, when Lego is not enough. It is too predictable, too digital.…
