Research Paper On Krystal

I’ve been working at Krystal’s for almost two years now. And I can’t stand the mean old customers that come through my drive-thru window or intercom with their nasty attitudes. After all the complaining and whining the cashiers have made the company of Krystals finally came up with a solution. They installed a new customer service system which were all happy about. So every time a customer is rude or disrespectful there car gets booted out of line and Krystal’s itself as well. They have three times to come back and if their still disrespectful then the system scans their licence plate and stores it in its system so it knows when they try to come back to boot their car and that's only for the Krystal’s in Lake City their welcome at other unless they are disrespectful at the others to but they get three time and then they strike out. …show more content…
For example this one time a customer was at the window of the drive-thru complaining that they were so hungry that they could have ate there whole hand off and said that they were growing old waiting for their food. So I laughed when their car got booted out of the line and their car flew and i mean flew it landed right back on 90. The new system is great! I mean now some people will learn not be so mean and disrespectful when they come to the drive-thru of krystals or any other fast food restaurant they go through. There even going to enhance where we have a button to press to boot their car when we feel like they should be and the system doesn't catch it fast enough. Which i'm not even going to lie Ms.Hadden but i'm going to have with that one. When someone says, “HELLO!” or UHMMMM or “ I SAID…” i'm just going to preson that button and i'm going to be so happy and excited when i hit it and see their car fly. Me and the cashier are siked for the bottom to be made we can't wait it's going to make our jobs so much
