Within the your mind you are at this point you have a Personality disorder or in other words you're considered to be psychopath. According to Ramsland to be classified as one some are described as “ Hotheaded, manipulative, exploitive, irresponsible, self-centered,shallow, unable to bond, lacking in empathy or anxiety.”. At this point in the “testing” your anxiety has dissipated to being self-centered and you’ll do anything to stay alive even if it means to murdering.
Some may think this was simply out of defense, that maybe true. At first. But when someone is tortured repeatedly physiology the brain rewires itself to the point of madness. The effects I will have to deal with short and long term are phenomenal. Tracy describes these effects that I have and could have to deal with throughout life “Questioning of one's own memory, "did that really happen?", anxiety or fear,Shame or guilt, avoidance of eye contact ,feeling undesirable.” and then there is the long term effects, Depression,Low self-esteem and self-worth,Emotional instability,Physical pain without cause,Suicidal ideation, thoughts or attempts.” If you find me guilty on this tragic incident not only the punishment you have given me, but the punishments of what I went through will rain down on me and
