Since this issue is reflected under a provincial jurisdiction, each province has a different set of laws on impaired driving. It has been noticed around the world that "Ontario is a leader in combating impaired driving through some of the toughest laws and programs in North America" (Impaired Driving). The-consequences that the-Ontario justice sector has-established-are very innovative. Written in the Ministry of Transportation, if you are a driver with a full license you "will face immediate roadside license suspension of: refusing a breath test, registering a BAC of 0.05 or more"(Impaired Driving).
