Have you ever wanted to be a hero? I am sure you have, at least in your childhood. Disney does a wonderful job of showing who and what heroes are. Hercules is a greek God that is turned into a mortal by Hades the god from the underworld. Disney thought that this story would be a great background for a movie, so there you have the movie Hercules. The story of Hercules, written by Walt Disney, was about many different aspects of being a hero like, being brave, having a helper, and having a nemesis.
Hercules is a very brave man, he saves and protects everyone and everything. To begin with, he saves many people and one person in particular. Her name is Meg and she is the love of his life. He would do anything to protect her. He shows bravery by saving little kids that were stuck under a boulder in a valley he has never been to. Little does he know that those kids work for Hades, and Meg was sent to him to draw him into the trap. He uses his …show more content…
Hades has tried to kill hercules ever since Hercules was a baby. One way Hades tried to kill him was when he sent two of his workers to steal and kill Hercules when he was a baby. Hercules was to drink a potion that was to kill him, lucky two civilians showed up and saved him. These civilians are the ones who Hercules thought were his parents his whole life. Another time when Hades tried to kill him was when he sent Meg to get him to save two children, who ended up being hades helpers, that were stuck under a boulder. Little does Hercules know that there is a serpent in the cave next to him. Once the boys are safe, the serpent comes out to kill Hercules. Everyone thinks that he is going to die, but hercules rises up and slays the serpent. In the end Hercules rises up and kills Hades. He does this by pushing him down into the river where the people he has killed are and they take him to the deepest darkest part where he will never come
