I grew up by women who believed in beautiful hair. Paul Mitchell should accept me because I come from a long line of hairstylists. I have a lot of education and practice working with them while I was used as their doll. Ever since I was a little girl I’ve thought of my hair as the crown I never take off. The beauty in my veins runs deep. I’m proud of myself for overcoming my failures and getting back up each time I got knocked down. Sometimes I feel like hairspray is what holds my life together. Once I conquer high school and earn my diploma, I’ll be all too ready to expand my skills and become a professional with all the right tools.
