Habakkuk is the 36th book of the Bible and is ascribed to Habakkuk from the Old Testament Minor Prophets. The book of Habakkuk is a dialogue between God and His prophet. For quite some time, Habakkuk had been wondering why God did not do anything about the evil and wrongs that were done against the righteous. He had been praying and calling to God for help and wanted to know why He waited so long to answer prayers. When God answered and told Habakkuk that He intended to use the Babylonians to judge Judah Habakkuk struggled to understand why He would use a nation even more evil and wicked than His people?
