Rifle Association, argues that the government is overstepping its boundaries and infringing our
Constitutional rights. We must examine whether the answer is to restrict gun rights or reevaluate the current requirements to own and operate a weapon. Stricter gun rights and laws will not stop illegal gun use or mass shootings, just as taking away a person's pencil will stop misspelled words. There does however seem to be a need for
