Detective Junge is assigned safety equipment, which he keeps in his assigned unmarked vehicle. I have accompanied him on several search warrants and have observed that he wears the mandated safety equipment and keeps it in working order.

Detective Junge operates his city-owned vehicle in accordance with the California Vehicle Code, WPD policies and the Standard Operating Procedures of the city of Whittier.

Detective Junge gets along well with other employees. I have witnessed his interaction with fellow employees, and I have always found him to be professional, considerate and approachable.
