Congreve's rocket have appeared in historical literature in the song “Star spangled banner” These rockets he built are ancient compared to the one we have now a days. Bwhen rockets were put to the test, a lot of people proved that the rocket didn’t work. But congreve responded by taking out both indian and british helpful hints to the rocket system but he did it in secret which mean without their knowledge. So there helpful hints he got the credit for.
In 1804 Congreve was studying old rockets. He hit a light bulb he built a rocket which was a larger version of the Indian rocket that he also designed. This Indian rocket was designed to be shot from ships. While in 1805 he presented his rocket to a British minister. On October 8, 1806 Congreve
