What were you doing when you started reading this? Were you doing a crossword, or just sitting around, bored to death? Well, boredom is bad for you, health-wise and emotionally. If you thought it was nothing, think again. Boredom leads to some emotions, that one would rather not have. Stephen Vodanovich of the University of West Florida is a scientist that has research from the last two decades, that shows increased levels of anxiety and stress when bored.
